Our recently double steaming and pelleted extrusion process makes rice noodles with a modern taste of firmer texture. This process is more energy and labour-efficient than slurry-spreading methods. The final products, the straight rice sticks or bundled rice stick noodles are well accepted in the market.

Our rice noodle making machine spreads out the continuous rice pulp sheet and steam it. After cooling the web rice noodle product is ready for packaging. If the final products are dry rice vermicelli noodles, then after aging and rice noodles slitting, the noodles are hung on hangers and hot air is to dehydrate them. The drying process takes place in the continuous cabin type heated-air-dryer or in the multi-layer continuous dryer. The Heshan® rice noodle making machine produces rice noodles through a series of processes from semi-automatic to highly automated. This is the process to make the authentic traditional styled rice vermicelli noodles and starch cellophane vermicelli noodles.

The slurry-spreading type vermicelli noodle production line is also suitable for cellophane glass vermicelli noodle production, with corn, mungbean or cassava starch as the main ingredient. In this case the rice milling equipment is not required.
